Therefore, if you do not request the change or modification of information, it will be assumed that the information is accurate and true, with all the implications that this entails, making you the sole responsible party.

For what purposes do we share your information?

We inform you that your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

• Valid official identification of the holder and, if applicable, their representative (National Electoral Institute, passport, professional license).
• Clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your ARCO rights.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

If the information/documentation is incorrect or insufficient, Extrusiones Metálicas, S.A. de C.V., may request the missing elements to process your request within 5 business days following the receipt of your request. You will have 10 business days to address this request, counted from the day after you receive it. If you do not respond within this period, it will be considered as not submitted.

If your information and/or documentation is correct and contains all the necessary elements to process your ARCO rights request, Extrusiones Metálicas, S.A. de C.V., will respond within 20 business days following the date of receipt of your request. If your request is granted, it will take effect within 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated to you.

It is worth mentioning that you can revoke your consent for the use of your personal data at any time. Also, you should consider that for certain purposes, revoking your consent may mean that we can no longer continue to provide the service you requested or conclude your relationship with us.
