This standard is crucial for ensuring that anodized products maintain their performance and appearance over extended periods, even in harsh environments or under adverse weather conditions.
QUALICOAT
QUALICOAT is an European quality mark that guarantees the quality of powder coating applied to aluminum surfaces, particularly for products used in architecture and various industrial sectors. This certification ensures that the aluminum coating process meets strict quality criteria, including durability, corrosion resistance, color uniformity, and coating adhesion.
QUALIDECO
QUALIDECO is an European quality mark that guarantees the quality of decorative finishes applied to aluminum surfaces, including wood imitation effects and other decorative designs. This certification ensures that aluminum products undergoing the decoration process meet rigorous quality criteria for weather resistance, durability, adhesion, color stability, and appearance.
The most common process certified under QUALIDECO is sublimation, in which a design printed on paper or film is transferred onto pre-coated aluminum using heat and pressure.
